To better protect your rights, we have updated the EarFit Privacy Protection Guidelines. This version of the update mainly focuses on:
In Section 1, “Information We Collect and Use”, we updated the details of the method, type and status of EarFit’s access to the network and the details of EarFit’s collection of location information.
Introduction
EarFit is a social product provided by Tianjian Medical Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (registered at 3rd Floor, No. 13, Maonan Road, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City . hereinafter referred to as "we")
1. We will explain one by one the types of personal information we collect about you and its corresponding uses, so that you can understand the specific categories, reasons for use and methods of collection of the specific personal information we collect for a specific function.
2. We will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties besides Tianjian Medical Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. If there are other situations where your personal information is shared or transferred, or you need us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party other than Tianjian Medical Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. , we will directly obtain or confirm the third party's request. You expressly agree to the above behavior, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary to protect user rights or protect the security of EarFit ecology. In addition, we will conduct a risk assessment on the behavior of providing information to external parties.
3. We will not actively obtain your personal information  from third parties outside of Tianjian Medical Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. If we need to obtain your personal information from a third party for business development, we will verify the legality of the source in accordance with the law, or make it clear to you the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it. Before providing information, we will obtain your express consent; in addition, we will also strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
4. You can access, correct, copy, and delete your personal information through the channels and methods listed in these guidelines, and you can also withdraw your consent, cancel your account, complain and report, and set up personalized advertising and other privacy functions.

5. In order to collect your information under these guidelines, or to provide you with services, optimize our services, and protect the security of your account, we will need to ask you for relevant permissions; sensitive permissions such as address book, location, camera, microphone, photo album, etc. will not be enabled by default, and we will only call or use them within the scope of your consent after you explicitly agree. For such permissions you have authorized to us, you can also check the type and purpose of system permissions we have called or used in "Me - Settings - Personal Information and Permissions - System Permission Management" and manage them uniformly.
It should be noted that our acquisition of a specific sensitive permission does not necessarily mean that we will collect your relevant information; even if we have obtained sensitive permissions, we will only collect your relevant information within the necessary scope and in accordance with these guidelines during your use of the relevant services or functions.

1. Information we collect and use
When you use the EarFit service, we will collect and use the information you actively provide when using the service or that is generated by using the service in the following ways:
1.1 When you register, we will collect and use your nickname and mobile phone number or email address. We collect this information to help you complete EarFit account registration and use smart rings and other functions to protect the security of your account. We collect and use mobile phone numbers to meet the real identity information authentication requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in information such as height and weight according to your needs.
1.2 When you use the Ring Connect service, we will collect and use your height, weight, and birthday information to ensure that you can use our services normally, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and protect the security of your account. At the same time, in order to prevent viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs and websites, we may collect information about applications installed on your device, information about running processes, or data stored in the device memory to prevent the leakage of your personal information.
1.3 When you use the connection function, in order to provide you with more convenient, high-quality and personalized services and content, we will collect your location information after obtaining your voluntary consent.

1.4 In addition, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we may process your personal information without seeking your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
a) It is necessary for the personal information processor to perform legal obligations or duties;
b) Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;
c) It is necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;
d) Process your personal information that you have disclosed on your own or that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with the law;
e) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
1.5 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service does not inform you of the rules for collecting and using your information in the aforementioned description, we will inform you of the scope, purpose and method of information collection separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.
1.6 To ensure the security of our services and help us better understand the operation of our applications, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not merge the information we store in the analysis software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.
1.7 If we use your personal information beyond the purpose authorized by you and the scope of direct or reasonable connection, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.
In addition, we will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
2. Information storage

2.1 Duration of information storage
Generally speaking, we only retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose and within the retention period specified by laws and administrative regulations, such as:
Mobile phone number: Whether you register by mobile phone number or email account, we need to keep your mobile phone number (including initial registration mobile phone number, bound mobile phone number, etc.) to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you cancel your account, we will delete the corresponding information in accordance with the law;
When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time. (“Anonymization” in this guideline refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization does not constitute personal information.)
3. Information Security
We strive to protect the security of users' information to prevent loss, improper use, tampering, unauthorized access or disclosure of information.
We will use various security measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of information. For example, we will use encryption technology (such as SSL), de-identification, anonymization and other means to protect your personal information.
We use constantly improving technical means to enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device to prevent the leakage of your personal information. For example, we will complete some information encryption work locally on your device for secure transmission; in order to prevent viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs and websites, we may understand the application information installed on your device, the information of the running processes or the data stored in the device memory; in order to prevent fraud, account theft, impersonation and other illegal activities and conduct security checks, we may analyze and use unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, location information and other data to facilitate the adoption of security measures or security reminders.
We have established special management systems, operating procedures and organizations to ensure the security of information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
If a security incident such as a personal information leak occurs, we will initiate emergency plans and remedial measures to prevent the security incident from expanding, and fulfill relevant reporting and notification obligations in accordance with the law.
We will do our best to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measures can be impenetrable.

3.1 Location Information Collection

Collection Method and Purpose: To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, EarFit will collect your location information through the定位 function on your device after you explicitly grant authorization. For example, when you use features like searching for nearby hearing clinics or event recommendations, we collect your location information to ensure you access content and services relevant to your area.
Scope of Collection: After you authorize the location permission, we will collect the device's GPS location information, as well as the device's approximate location information obtained through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network signals. We only collect the minimal location data necessary to fulfill the relevant functions.
Handling of Sensitive Permissions: Location information is considered sensitive personal information. We fully respect your privacy rights and will not enable location permissions by default, nor will we collect your location information without your consent.
Use of Location Information

Function Implementation: We use the collected location information to provide services that better meet your needs, such as recommending nearby EarFit authorized service centers and hearing health activities, thereby enhancing your user experience.
Personalized Recommendations: Based on your location information and our algorithm models, we offer personalized recommendations of hearing health-related products, services, or information.
Security Assurance: We may use your location information to detect and prevent security threats and fraud, ensuring the security of your account and a smooth user experience.
Storage and Protection of Location Information

Query and Management: You can check whether the EarFit app is collecting your location information and manage the status of related permissions (on or off) in your device's system settings under "Location Information" or "Privacy" options.
Withdrawal of Consent: If you wish to stop providing your location information to us, you can withdraw your consent by disabling the location permission in your device's system settings. After withdrawing consent, we will no longer collect your location information. However, please note that this may affect the normal use of certain location-based features and services in EarFit, such as searching for nearby hearing clinics.

4. Information Sharing
4.1 We will not share information that can be used to identify you with our partners unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
As our business continues to develop, we may conduct mergers, divisions and other transactions. If it involves the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances and continue to protect or require the new processor to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no less stringent than those required by these guidelines.
4.Your Rights

During your use of EarFit, we have provided you with corresponding operation settings in product design so that you can more conveniently access, copy, correct, and delete your personal information, and at the same time protect your right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information and cancel your account. You can refer to the following guidelines for operation. In addition, we have also set up channels for complaints, reports, and requests for explanations, and your opinions and requests will be handled in a timely manner.

Please note that the operating settings may differ between different versions of different operating systems; in addition, in order to optimize your experience, we may also adjust the operating settings. Therefore, the following guidelines are for reference only. If you still have any questions about the ways and means to exercise relevant rights, you can contact us through the method disclosed in Article 9 of these Rules.
